  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Because every item is custom-printed and packaged, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or sales events.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after production

  • Priority Shipping (select items): 3–7 business days after production

  • Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days total (processing + delivery).

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days after production

  • Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing in your country.

  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, quantity, and destination.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select items or minimum order amounts.

  • Multiple-item orders may ship separately depending on the product type and production partner.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is shipped.

  • TK Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or weather-related interruptions.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
