At TK Shop, each item is crafted to order with care, ensuring a one-of-a-kind product made especially for you. Because all orders are custom-made through our production partner (Printify), we are unable to accept general returns or issue refunds due to buyer’s remorse, sizing, or preference.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

The item arrives damaged or defective,

The product you received does not match your order, or

There was an error in printing or fulfillment caused by our production partner.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Options
Depending on the issue, you may receive one of the following:

Refund approval is at the discretion of TK Shop once the claim and photos are verified.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Slight color or placement variations due to print production

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product.

In most cases, returns are not required unless specifically requested by TK Shop or Printify.
If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
