ORDERS & PROCESSING

How long does it take to process my order?

Each TK Shop item is made to order through our professional Printify partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because production begins quickly, we’re usually unable to make changes once an order is submitted.
If you need assistance, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to help before printing begins.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing

Total estimated time: 7–14 business days (U.S.) or up to 25 days (international).
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, TK Shop ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every product is custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How should I care for my products?

  • Tumblers: Hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers and harsh abrasives.

  • Duffel Bags: Spot clean gently with a damp cloth; air dry.

  • Apparel: Turn inside out before washing; cold water; mild detergent; tumble dry low or hang to dry.
